Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are available only for items purchased through MetalParkNY.com.

Online orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• The item should be packed securely in its original packaging whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Bryant Park Holiday Market Purchases

Items purchased at the Bryant Park Holiday Market may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Refunds are not available for purchases made at Bryant Park.

Because many of our sculptures are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request.

If the original item is no longer available, customers may exchange for another available item of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
